Pumped for Green Bay Game

A lot of people gave Miami no chance last time they played GB at Lambeau and they won and GB went on to win the SB. Miami takes care of the ball and they can win this game.

I think we can contain Jordy Nelson on the outside, or at least limit his big plays, but Randall Cobb operating from the slot might break us.

as i said in another thread today, Chicago ran for 235 yards and held the ball for 36+ minutes vs. Green Bay. didn't help them much at all. we still have to keep Rodgers in check.
Well IMO the bears defense is just as bad as GBs. So we do have a better defense coming in

I for one can wait for this game.. We're going to get killed Imo

It doesn't make a lot of sense, but just like buffalo always seem to have our number, and we have trouble beating them, the same thing for us agianst green bay and even chicago, we always play realy well against those 2 teams. I think we can win those 2 games. Feel better about Green bay then chicago, but green bay just beat chicago. I am worried about Tannehill, but He did hit some throws that I am not used to seeing him complete. I watched the game again and he had passes that he hit in stride and in tight windows against the raiders, and I have never seen Tannehill hit a fade in the corner of the endzone. I am not sold on Tannehill yet. I don't believe that Sherman was a great OC, I dont know if Lazor is better than Sherman, he seems to be. I have not changed my opinion on Tannehill, every dog has his day, but he is still below 500 after 30 plus games, with all first team reps and training camps.

Take care of the freaking ball, Feed the running backs and for crying out loud Don't allow Will Davis on Jordy Nelson....PLEASE!!!

we certainly have a better and deeper DL than Chicago. pressure will be key. if the pass rush doesn't come through, Rodgers will carve us up, too. there's no way our DB's and LB's will hold coverage if Rodgers has time.

One positive for Miami is that Lazor had to prep for the packers' defense last year when they played the Eagles, and he also has 2 weeks to prep for them this year. I expect our team to have a good offensive game plan.

if teddy bridgewater doesnt play tonights gonna be a hard watch...christian ponder running around like a chicken with his head cut off looks like a packers annihilation

I'm waiting to see 4 Quarters of football.

We were supposed to enjoy the Oakland game, but I couldn't. Seeing us mail it in during the 2nd Half was very disappointing for me. It simply reinforces the notion they don't have to play a full game. It seemed no one was executing (not even 2nd String) and everyone was just standing around waiting for the game to end.

This team needs to be taught to start and close out a game. We do not have the leadership to come from behind in a big game. We haven't started well for 3 games, then we do against Oakland and don't finish.

Up to this point, we've played 2 halves of football. 1st against Oakland and 2nd against New England.

If this doesn't get fixed, it doesn't matter who we play. This is not about ability or scheming. This is about egos, work ethic and desire. HEART.

We need a heart.

If you want to see what it looks like, watch Seattle. Forget the talent, the coaches and the schemes. Watch the execution and passion in the players. You can't coach that.

And can we please send Tannehill a Kleenex? I see him pick his nose on national TV more than most people do all year.

Tannehill had reason to come out sharp in his last game. With all that was said from Philbin about him (Or not said) it spurred him to go out and prove something. I REALLY hope he doesn't need weekly motivation to play that well again. Please Ryan, let's get some consistency here. Play good 2 games in a row! Please!
Or just hand it off..thank you.
