Enough is enough! I don't care how well our offense is playing. We find ways to lose games regardless! Might as well lose with Henne and see what he's got!

Stick him in there already. He ain't gonna learn much more holding a clipboard. I say start him the next few weeks and if he doesn't work out, try Pat White.

We will see Henne but not until probably after the bye week. Pennington deserves better but this is business. The defense lost the game for us

Henne would have lost by half time.

These are seriously stupid remarks. You have no clue how he would do and your hating on a Dolphin player just to put in your 2 cents.

People wanting Pennington out at least have tons of real game examples to refer too.

Fact is face it or not Pennington isn't the long term answer and with each loss and or bad performance he proves to be less the short term answer as well.

If Henne sucks that's all well and good, but at least lets not waste next season as well trying to figure it out. I agree at least start Henne a game or two to see what we have.

I really think that with Henne in there we would have lost by twenty. It's not a knock on him, it more has to do with the fact that the offense was pretty outstanding tonight and only Ginn's drop prevented them from winning the game when they were forced to. By really well, I mean that they held the ball for well over 2/3 of the game and consistently converted third downs all day. And Pennington was a part of that.

With a different QB in there, we probably would have had much less T.O.P and our defense would have been torched completely.

Did he really prove that tonight? Because all i saw him was play mistake free football and manage the game to perfection. Only to be let down by untimely drops and putrid defense. He definitely missed some open WR's and threw some passes that weren't great, but to put the loss AGAIN on his shoulders is just stupid.

Actually whats stupid is to ask a rookie QB to play against a top team..when he's not ready. I never said that Penny is the long term answer...so please don't speak for me. Blame the defense...blame the missed passes by the receivers....but you can't ask Penny to throw and catch a football.

penningtons passes took foreeeevvvveeeeerrrr to get to their targets.
and as far as his mistake free football...its easy to be mistake free when you are passing for 5 yds on average. :foundout:

i dont agree that pennington is the reason for the loss because thats far from the truth, but pennington is definately not our quarterback of the future...or after this season.

Pennington gives us the best chance to win right now. Until it is clear that we will not make the playoffs he should be under center.

Pennington does not give us the best chance to win. How can you say that?

He ran the 3 minute drill like he had 10 minutes to do it.

Penny is not the answer, not anymore.

Let's try Henne and see if he is.
