We had great control of the game and then all of a sudden the playcalling just got weirder and wierder. Like that 3rd and 4 pass to ginn maybe a half of yard past the LOS. Im all for taking care of a lead but there is a time in which Henning needs to open it up a little and try some runs or some8 to 10 yard passes as opposed to the dink and dunk game.

Obviously Chad doesnt have a cannon but we have seen his ability to go down field this year even without a "Brett FArt" cannon (see how i made fun of brett favre's name.

All im saying is that we have a great QB, who is playing the best football of his career right now and teams are crowding that 4-8 yard passing area but whenever we go deep (even 12-15 yards downfield) we seem to have success.

Hah I think they were trying to exploit something they saw in their coverage. It worked (at first) but then eventually (around the middle of the 2nd quarter) I was SCREAMING at the television to run the ball. Ronnie needs to get more looks than that.

Ah and correction, you're only the 2nd biggest fins fan in CT. *knudge*

I don't mind if the score is close in the 2nd and 3rd so that the team is focused in the 4th.

what im sayiong is that look at the jets bills game. THe jets were down and then one fumble changedt he entire game. If we had a fumble and san fran returned it we would be down by 2 instead of up by 5.

WE need to get a bigger lead than our usual 5 point or less lead.

We need to stop playing so damn conservative. That type of play is going to get us beat when we play a good team like the Jets

does anyone here realize that there are multiple routes on every play?? Chad made the decision on where the pass went. Ginn might have been the only receiver who ran a route short of the FD on that play....but the others weren't open.

Do any of you really think you know enough about the play design and the QB progressions to criticize every play call that doesn't result in a first down?

Way too many dropped passes yesterday. Ronnie dropped 2 passes, Ginn dropped a pass and Ricky dropped a pass. Just to name a few
