I have been arguing Ryan Tannehill has been part of our issues, but not the mayor source of failures. Check this fact, our team is among NFL's worse teams in dropped passes, including several "hitting in the numbers" non-completions. That means our receivers are the weakest link.

Also I have been arguing that we will need a new HC by 2015 as Joe Philbin is a poor leader, creating a weekly mess on his team. His lack of toughness leaded to the bullying scandal, his poor decisions created a miserable QB controversy and his soft style have hurt us the most by throwing out important talent from this team. On October 19th, we'll be facing Brandon Marshall, our former WR, a guy that required help not to be trashed like this franchise did in 2012. If you think it was Ireland's fault, then just figure how weak is Philbin about giving up on fixing his most talented guy. I think Joe Philbin's a nice guy, but successful NFL head coaches rarely are nice guys.

It was an impressive Sunday with such a joyful game. But I haven't changed my mind. This London journey should have been a pleasure trip for contending teams, including Seahawks, Broncos, 49ers or Patriots. Why? Because Miami Dolphins were facing Oakland Raiders, a team lacking pro-level players at important spots of their roster. They are trying to win 2 or 3 games during this season and Miami is trying to get into playoffs.

That said, this win comes in a great moment, as this result calms the waters and buys time for our coaching staff.

Bill Lazor will have the time fix his offense, improving his already strong O-line and adjusting his receiving corps (running backs included).
On the defensive side Kevin Coyle will continue to work miracles by dealing with poor talent at LB. So maybe (just maybe) Dennis Hickey can work a trade for additional pieces.

I hope that my words serve to tune up, lowering excitement while smoothing critical threads of a week before.
