Well just the first one I looked for, got lucky...

The Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts stated in 1953...

Division titles might have been numerous, but only specifying one per each decade...

Titles in 58, 68, 76, 87, 99 and 2003. Thats 6 decades straight...

You are correct. The Colts have a league high 6 straight decades with at least one division title.
