Does this kid have a legit chance to see some time and possibly unseat Tannehill or is he a 3-4 year project that has potential down the road? We all know how it worked out for his big brother.....:chuckle:

Lol no. The dude sucks, Devlin is better. He's in the NFL because he is Aaron's brother

He's probably just a training camp arm to give the WRs practice at catching the ball. This may be just an old Green Bay connection, ie a favor from Joe to Aaron to help the little brother by giving him a chance to showcase his skills. There is no harm in this.
It will be interesting to compare Jordan Rodgers to Pat Devlin. Also interesting if Miami decides to draft a QB, as possible long term replacement for Matt Moore (and $5M cost saving per annum), in which case Jordan Rodgers' stint could be short.

There is nothing to see here. Rodgers is not an NFL qb. His accuracy and pocket presence or very bad.
Decent arm strength but throws a very bad long ball. Again nothing to see here

A more appropriate question to ask would have been:

"Should we have signed Jordan Palmer instead?"

Rodgers is a fun little signing because of who his brother is. They do seem to want a young QB to come in and compete with Devlin for the #3 spot. Not sure that Rodgers will end up being that guy. There is no guarantee that Rodgers will even make it to training camp, he might just be an OTA and mini camp guy. Sort of like this year's Clay Belton.

I still think they will add someone in the later part of the draft that will give Devlin a good run for his money as the #3.
