Quarterback Cleo Lemon signed his one-year, $1.3 million tender offer with the Dolphins today, a source said.

Although he was the team's last restricted free agent to sign his tender, Lemon has participated in all of the Dolphins' offseason practices after signing an injury waiver. Lemon has served as the Dolphins' first-string quarterback with Daunte Culpepper (knee) sidelined.

I thought he signed it months ago...guess not

cannot believe he waited so long, thats alot of money for a guy that has basically done nothing up to this point.

Call me crazy, people are saying that he is going to be the QB at the begining of the season. DQ is not going to be ready for the opener and will not get the playbock down, Green will be here, too late & Beck, well we are not going to star with him. Thas is something that i heard. GO DOLPHINS!!

he has signed a while back
apparently not...

I hope our FO doesn't take this long to sign the rookies.

I was thinking maybe he had a toe in the water just to see what it felt like..

Yea guess you are right but no team was crazy enough to trade a draft pick for the guy and sign him to good money. myabe Speilman but it seems he has learned something.
