lets assume that detroit wants Bree's, and someone other than the fins sign culpepper....that should leave us a good shot at Culter in the draft wouldnt you think?
and if detroit is very high on Culter, that might leave brees for us.
so i think ( at least hoping ) that between the FA's out there and the draft we should get a very good shot at a quality qb.
Thoughts??

I think that we will have a very good quaterback come the start of training camp

I agree. Saban would be a fool not to get us a QB that is obviously 10x better than Gus. From what I have seen so far, Saban is no fool.

We should but Cutler seems like he is going to be way gone before our pick unless we trade and I dont see that happening. I really doubt that Brees goes to Detroit the way Millen and Marnielli have been talking about harrington of late. If he does sign else where or is resigned and Culpepper is not released, then Id prefer Whitehurst in the 4th.

I think we have a very good chance at signing Brees. But either way I see us with good QB in camp, either through FA or draft

I also think that we will make a strong play for brees. Who would not want to come here now with the coaching staff and a new life in the fins. I think that brees would be stupid o pick the Lions over us.

I agree, i like to see whitehurst come to the dolphins if no one is available

Why would teh Texans trade with the Jets? You hear something we havent? They want Bush, if they do that move how do you know Tenn then bypasses qb and takes Bush? That would be my bet as out of teh three they are in the least need of a qb unless McNair is gone by then and even then Volek has played well for them, they could take a playmaker like Bush before Houston gets a chance at him. Not saying it would happen just it could. As it sits where the JETS are ACTUALLY picking, the projected qb available is Cutler and they are reported high on him, so before you actually bash a person opinion of a pick, think it thru. It is very realistic to think at pick 4! Cutler could very well be the pick. :shakeno:

go back to the bills geeze:sidelol:

If we don't get Brees, don't be surprised if Saban draft Croyle in the 2nd round. Cutler will be gone by the 16th pick. I see us using that pick on a DB or trading down to acquire extra picks.
