QB Quinn to miss rest of season. I am glad we didn't draft him!!!

We all should be glad we didn't draft him.

There will be no more quarterback controversy in Cleveland this season.

Browns quarterback Brady Quinn is done for the year after doctors revealed that the break to his right index finger has gotten worse since he's tried to play through the injury, sources told FOXSports.com.


Team sources said that Quinn and the team made the decision together earlier today. Sources say that not only has the break in his right index finger worsened, but it is also starting to injure the tendons as well.
Derek Anderson will return as starter. Quinn met with renowned doctor James Andrews and the Browns brought in specialists as well. A team source said that all agreed that Quinn needed to shut it down before the tendons tore from the bone.

We need Cleveland to win some games so this may or may not be good news.
 
Greg Camarillo was put on i.r. too. Damn it! We probably shouldn't have signed him either!
 
Hes just saying quinn is a average QB and goes on IR in his 3rd game of his carreer. Ginn is on of the best returners in the league and is a big play reciver that is getting better every game. I still wish we drafted Willis.
 
Did you say the same thing about Ronnie in either case when he went down? When he missed 4 games with the hand? Quinn is missing 5 games. How bout when Ronnie went down with the ACL. He missed alot more than 5 games last year. Stupid post.

Besides if there is one guy we should all be pissed that we didnt draft its Matt Ryan and you all know its true whether you admit it or not.

Quinn > Ginn

Good grief. Who knows what happens if we draft Quinn. Does he get the same broken finger in Miami that he does in Cleveland? Christ. The logic of some of you guys lol.

Matt Ryan is going to be a great quarterback but I don't know if he puts up the same production here in Miami as he does in Atlanta. I wanted Jake Long all along. I wanted Jake Long two years ago when I thought he would leave Michigan as a Junior and I'm pleased with Jake Long.
 
Though I'm glad we didn't draft him, my opinion had nothing to do with his finger fragility.
