The reality of the QB situation in Cameron's view is probably this:
Trent Green is a better QB than Culpepper.
He is twice as smart. He is less injured. He is a harder worker and better team player. Cameron goes way back with Green.
Culpepper , while given the injury excuse, still is not a smart player. His arm and accuracy was pitiful last year. His decision making is putrid.

They will not get Brady Quinn at #9. No way does Minn or Houston pass on him.
The decision will be to give up the extra #2 pick to move up.

Green is 37 man and if he moves up he needs to get Joe Thomas or Calvin Johnson. He still can go for Stanton later on (some believe Stanton projects to be a better pro than Quinn).

Culpepper's done. He might as well start packing. Green's on his way. We'll draft a NT or offensive lineman with the first-round pick and either trade up to pick a QB later in round one or grab one in round two.

We don't know the reality of the situation which means it could go either way. The Jets thought that Chad Pennington was done last year and look what happened, he was the comeback player of the year. Anything could happen in the next couple of months.

He might not be done in the NFL, and he might even be productive somewhere else. He's just done in Miami.

He could be bringing in Green to compete with Culpepper and Cleo for the starting spot in case we don't draft a QB. Then if we do draft one, Culpepper would probably be gone. I sure do want to give Culpepper one more shot but if someone beats him, so be it.

After one year with the team and being unhealthy? I don't buy that. You know how bad it would look if we let him go and he went on to produce big for another team? We would look like idiots. Every person who has ever came back from that injury it's taken at least a full year to a year and a half to come back. Edge and Willis didn't play a snap because everyone except for our coaching staff is smart enough to know how bad of an injury it really is.
