QB Search Will End Today/Other FA notes

can't wait to see who we get!

I think it might be Culpepper since that article said the early talks with Brees led to lengthly evening discussions with Culpepper.
 
Finally, we won't have to endure season after season of subpar quarterback play and indifference from the coaches.

Brees or Culpepper, either would make us a playoff team, although I prefer the former. Brees, Brown, Chambers, and McMichael would be one of the best offensive tandems in the league.

I know. It's crazy to think of the drop in talent level we been watching to go from the greatest in Marino to the subpar QB's we've had since.
 
Please Miami do not give the Vikings a second round pick for Culpepper, if we do not land Brees. Savior our picks!maybe a 4th with a conditional
 
Culpepper for a 2nd Rounder is a steal! I'll be happy with either QB but I would prefer Culpepper.

if we are the only serious suitor and the Vikes will cut him anyways, why in the friggin world would we trade a first day pick for him?
 
The things about Dante is that they're gonna let him go and if we wait we can get him for nothing if that's what we really want....but I don't think Saban wants him anyway....just something I heard on radio from SD.

I hope we get Brees since he could be cheaper than Culpepper in terms of salary. Also, we wouldn't have to fork over draft picks. But the thing is, for both of them, there's the huge risk of current injuries. It wouldn't be wise to spend a lot of money on a guy who would miss a lot of playing time or be severely limited because of the injury.

the injured knee is huge.
his attitude is a big thing.
he wants more money.
has sex boat ****.
fumbles alot.
useless wtihout moss.
oh ya, he ****ed that knee pretty badly, all the CLs went.

Wow! I like Culpepper, but a second round in my opinion is a waste if the Vikes will be cutting him on the 25th.Plus if we are the only team to surrender a second for him then we are crazy.
