For the first time since Dan the man, I have a favorable outlook on Miami's QB situation. Namely because of Saban but also because of Randy Mueller. These two guys will not rest until we have an above average starter, a solid back-up and a legitimate promising 3rd stringer (at all times). Trust me when I say, 2006 will be a huge upgrade but 2007 and beyond will be even better. I fear nothing as a Miami fan from this day forward given the direction this organization will take at the most crucial of gridiron positions. The stink of Wannspiel should be completely off this team come opening day and certainly by opening day 2007.

Go Miami. Brees, Culpepper, et al await your call.

Plan A Brees
Plan B Culpepper:wink:

Get Brees ,Sure he's gonna wanna prove that San Diego made a big mistake by letting him go.

Culpepper makes too many mistakes. Randy Moss left and all of a sudden he wasn't so great.

Not a good move, IMO.

We need to get Brees.

I want Brees....but I think Gus is an awesome backup. He is a great job last year, not sure why everyone puts him down so hard. WE NEED a QB, but Gus as a backup isn't a bad situation!

Sounds like we will have Brees, Mawae, and a couple other big FA's by next week...we are going to be great even before the draft starts.
