inches and we hand the freakin ball off..Just ridiculous..another big play was the dropped pass by Matthews right before the half which would have been a first down inside the jets 40... Maybe we go in with a 14- 7 lead..**** just didn't go our way..

QB sneak is close to automatic. But, we would rather lose yardage every damn time. Hell at least, run a bootleg and let the QB use his athleticism we always hear about

Exactly why Philbin sucks, no balls and terrible coaching philosophy. Same mistakes over and over again.

I agree with this roll him out with a run/pass option.

how many times do we have to watch brady and the pats do this to realize it works

I don't think giving it to Clay was a bad option. He is generally an automatic yard, like Lousaka Polite used to be. I was very surprised that they didn't give it to Daniel Thomas and lose two yards like they always do in short yardage situations.

Problem with the sneak is that Pouncey isn't very powerful. The guy is an elite pass blocker - doesn't give up sacks. But when it comes to the power/run game... he gets stood up and pushed back so often. Rewatch that play, we wouldn't have converted with a sneak, it would have been very close.

That's why you go with the QB sneak... its not just Pouncey its the whole offensive line getting pushed back. The QB sneak happens instantly and they only need to hold their ground for a second or two and have Tannehill dive off center... when we hand it off 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage the O line has already been pushed back thus creating no room for our running back to do anything. My god its like they have never watched a Patriots game ever. Get to the line, quick snap fall forward for 5 inches... end of story. Just maddening

This level of stubbornness and unability to adjust is what sickens me to death of this regime, and Philbin doesn't have any balls to do anything about it.

How many times do we have to watch our team fail to execute a bubble screen to Mike Wallace and LOSE yardage to realize that it's a dumb play?

At some point, the QB needs to audible out of this crap.
