This is a 'you' issue, bro and not a site issue.
Here are my suggestions based on importance:
1. Smash your PC and buy a Mac
2. PCs suck..buy a Mac or install Linux
3. What? A PC virus/ spyware??? How could that possibly be??
4. Run spyware...abandon IE Explorer...

Actually now that I'm using Internet Explorer I don't have the problem. It's just Firefox...
