Question about Direct TV

I just ordered NFL ticket tonight. Do I need to connect my box to the phone jack? I think this has been posted before, but wasnt paying attention to the answer. Thanks in advance!

If you want to pay for it. I know if you can order movies without them showing up on your bill until you plug your phone line in, however your receiver will only take a certain amount before it stops allowing you to purchase movies.

Nope, you'll have full access to all the channels.......I don't even have a hard line, strickly cell phone.
