Question about Jerseys

Sorry if this doesn't go here, but im looking on eBay for Dolphins jerseys, and I came aross one that is pretty well priced and is a size "48". It doesnt say 48", which is generally an XL i think, but is a size 48 a medium? I need to know just so im sure im getting the right size. Thanks :D
