Question about penalties

I was wondering whether you guys think that the amount of penalties we had, specifically the procedure and movement penalties, are more a reflection of poor coaching or poor execution by the players. Are these "mental" penalties just bound to happen or is there a lack of focus/motivation attributable to the coahing.


I think that the majority of the blame for these penalties are on the coaches head...but i was wondering what the rest of ya'll think.

Im hoping most of the offensive penalties were due to new players still adjusting and oline adjusting from JF to AJ cadence.
