how many yards does Ronnie Brown have..And how many do you think he will end up.."will he break a thousand"??

Lappy is right, he is currently at 886. Also, I am not so sure he will get to 1000. Probably around 950.
 
He's almost there. If he can break out some big runs on Sunday and in the Pats game i think he will most surely be able to break 1,000 yards.
 
Just keep in mind that this year with the split on the carries don't use 1000 yards as benchmark to judge his success. Look at YPC and smile....

true...he breaks some big runs and would surely gain over 1000 if he didn't split carries. I know he is good and the competition knows...so stats and personal accolades are fine, but it's the future ring he'll be wearing that matters most!
 
I would love to see him tear up the Titans (I know he is questionable for the game) and break it this week!! I predict 1,023 yrds!!

I am thinking the same thing. With the way Ricky is playing, I wouldn't be surprised if they rested him for the Titan's game, or play him on an even more limited basis. With that being said, 114 yards against NE will be a tall order. He would have to get the majority of the carries and even then, I'm not sure he gets to 1000.
 
I don't think he'll break a thousand, but I hope he proves me wrong and I don't care what his final tally is as long as he keeps that dirty average (4.5 ypc)
 
He may not even play Sunday. I was hoping he would break Karim's rookie record. :(

NE's D has gotten healthy and is playing lights out. If Ronnie is going to get to 1000 he'll need a big day against the Titans. But like you said, Ricky is playing well - add in the fact that Ronnie has a banged up knee and ankle and I could see him getting less playing time this week.

You and me both. At least he should have a better YPC average than 3.6 though. So there is at least some good in it. I am still hoping he at least gets some limited time on Saturday but, I think 1,116 is just about out of reach at this point. :cry:

I agree, but:

I am still hoping and praying he can rebound enough to play this weekend but, at this point, if you're Saban do you take the chance when you have a perfectly healthy Ricky that is producing? I guess we will find out soon enough.

EDIT: Sorry, I realize what I posted was rather redundant. I am just putting the thoughts in my head out there as we go.

I guess you could also look at it and say he may want to play Ronnie just to see what he can do when he's a little banged up. Might be the sort of thing he wants to find out for the future.

How about we just let them both get 100 yds? That works for me :D
