I keep hearing rumors about the NFL doing away with the cap, and I keep seeing people post or talk like it IS going to happen. So.......... is it just a rumor, I mean is it going to happen, or is it just possible it might happen, and when is it supposed to happen if it is???????
Also would anybody like it if there was no cap??? Personally I wouldn't, I just think it would get out of hand
