question about shelton signing

since miami signed shelton and are intrested in the former pats OL, does this mean a lineman is definitely out of the question for the 1st rd of the draft?

not necessarily, but id like to draft Michael Huff with the 1st pick. If we sign Ashworth and Mawae, then yes i think we wont draft an O-lineman until the 3rd round. This would mean:

LT: Shelton
LG: Hadnot
C: Mawae
RG: Carey
RT: Ashworth

Looks good...Alabi backs up the tackles, Smith grooms at Center, draft a Guard to backup.

Well this is what i think, if we sign tom ashworth too then the 1st pick will probably be a cornerback or a wide receiver. If we dont sign ashworth i still think we wont look at a offensive lineman. My prediction is Chad Jackson WR from Florida for the 16th pick.

Well i think we still have ashworth to sign too, so if we get ashworth then we will not go offensive line for the 1st pick, because that would be a waste. We have other holes to fill. My prediction for the 16th pick in the draft is WR from Florida Chad Jackson.
 
At this point I dont expect Mawae here. Expect Hadnot or Mckinney to be the center, with james and hadnot/carey (RG) at the guards and Carey/Ashworth at RT

as much as i want that to be true
i cant see Saban picking offense in the 1st
