So worse case scenario, we lose to the Patriots...
Looking ahead at our schedule, couldnt we still finish ahead of the Pats...

If we lose one more, unbiased opinion so i'll say for arguments sake @ the jets last week of the season...

And the Patriots lose to the Steelers and the Cardinals...

So we would both finish at 10-6

Question I have is.. who would get the last wildcard spot (with the idea that the ravens fall off with their hard schedule and the Colts take the other WC spot with their easy schedule)

After head to head, the next tiebreaker is division record. The Pats are 1-1 against the Jets, and we under your scenario would be 1-1 against the Jets. We both have beaten the Bills once and have one game left against them. If we both won or both lost that, then the next tiebreaker is common opponents. Our NONCOMMON opponents were Baltimore and Houston for us, and Indy and Pittsburgh for the Pats. We lost both the BAL and HOU games, meaning the other 14 games we will have been 10-4. Basically if New England beats Pittsburgh, that is good in this tiebreaker scenario because it would mean that in the common games they could only finish as good as 9-5, meaning we would win the tiebreaker.

They would look at division record, which under your scenario would leave us at 4-2 and them at 5-1 in division. They'd get the last spot.

I think.

na, pats lose to us and the jets.. so theyd be 4-2 as well

The Pats already have 2 division losses.

Week 3: against us
Week 11: against the Jets
