Question for baseball fans

If your favorite baseball team had a chance to win the World Series next year, would you take this over the Dolphin's having a shot to win the Superbowl?
 
No way, I've seen the Yankees win quite a few. Haven't seen the Dolphins win one yet. Plus I'm a bigger football fan than Baseball.
 
Meh, doesn't really matter either way. Angels won with the past decade though I'd love to see the Dodgers pull it off.

Not in a hundred years.
I never got to witness a Dolphins victory in the Superbowl.That will always be top priority for me.
Also being a Reds fan I see it being impossible for them to be even a .500 club this year,again.:(
The other thing being I remember the Reds sweeping the Yanks in 76' and the A's in 90'.I have foggy memories of the Redsox series in 75'.

Just waiting for a Dolphins Championship . :up:
 
I feel the same way as most of YOUs....lol.

My Phils won it in 1980 when I was 14 years old, and I have suffered with my Phins much longer. Football will always be my fave sport as well, but maybe my Phils and Phins can both win it soon and in the same year.
 
As a spoiled Yankees fan I would much rather the Dolphins win the superbowl. I have seen the Yanks win four times since 96 and would trade any one of those championships to see the Dolphins win the superbowl.
 
I used to be a much bigger NFL fan. Though i've been turned off by the game and the bull that follows it. Roger Goodell is a joke, while I think Buddy Selig is the worst commish in the history of pro sports. I like the product on the baseball field much more. Atleast we know those guys are cheating, while we're blind to the NFL and it's 'roid users.

Never. I love the Sox, but the Phins are my numero uno team. :up:
 
Definately FOOTBALL,

I have already seen the coup-de-gras for Baseball. Seeing the D-backs not only win, but beat the Yanks in the process.
The Parallel would be seeing the Dolphins beat the Patriots in the Superbowl...I know it cant happen, but the love-hate meter would be at about the same level
 
I'd say no, but I did have to pause for brief second before I arrived at that answer. 3 years ago I wouldnt have to even think about. Now if the decision were would you rather see your favorite college team win a championship, or the Dolphins, I'd go with ND and never think twice.
 
no way. I LOVE baseball but nothing would be as good a feeling as seeing the Dolphins and their fans experience everything the Giants and their fans are experiencing now.
 
Dolphins right now. I have seen my Dodgers win the championship. I have seen my Lakers have multiple dynasties. I have yet to see Miami win a Super Bowl.

Now, if Miami were to win next year. Then I would choose the Dodgers to win after that. I am a baseball fanatic but until Miami wins one, everything else is second fiddle.
