Hypothetically speaking, if we win at the Jets and against the Ravens at home (not a far fetched scenario) and are sitting at 8-5 heading into the last three games of the season, are you guys still singing your tired gloom and doom song with no chance at the playoffs?

Dude, it's not all about the record. It's about the fact we've beaten ONE playoff bound team all year. If you're happy beatinf the worst teams in the NFL then ok but we're tired of it.

Thanks for putting words in my mouth.

People just need to take a step back and realize that it's waaaay too early to start looking towards the draft.

Still a lot of football to be played. Like you said, it's not all about record. This team has proved that it can hang with anyone. If we were to get into the playoffs, it would be a brand new season.

The main thing that's concerning is all the injuries that are piling up.

I don't expect us to beat the Jets in New York or the Ravens (who we always struggle with).

Good teams win the games they're supposed to win. This is a good team. Ravens have struggled on the road big time this year.

I didn't put words in your mouth. I said if. Also, when you say we can hang with any team, that depends on one's point of view. What the team has shown is that when playing a good team we keep finding ways to lose. There's no moral wins in the NFL. Now I'm excited about the progress Tannehill has made. Same with Miller and Landry but our defense just keeps on letting us down.

Good teams win the games they're suppose to win? So we weren't suppose to beat Kansas City or Buffalo earlier this year?

Those games were very early and before the Tannehill benching turning point. Since then it's been victories and last second losses to top record teams.

This is a completely different team right now. Much like we beat New England in the 1st game of the season, but I'm not so sure we could do that right now.

Actually three...Patriots leading League, Chargers still in it, Bills still in it.

New england, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, cleveland, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, denver, Kansas city, san diego. All teams with a better record in the afc than we do. We only hold the tiebreaker over one of those wildcard teams.

Well if the sky is falling hopefully it will hit Jimmy Wilson! If it did I'm sure he would get a 15 yard penalty!

This is FALSE.

Only New England and Denver have less losses in conference than we do.
