What game will we be seeing tommorow? My DirecTV guide says it will be Bucs and Packers but the Dolphins site says Panthers and Fins will be broadcast locally. Pardon me if this is a silly question but I'm confused. Thanks!

Well if you have directv does it make a difference? i mean most people who have directv have ST. Btw, where in Ft myers do you live. I lived there for about 2-3 years.

The Bucs game is being shown. Don't know about Sunday Ticket, but the Fins game will notbe shown on Fox on cable tv.

I don't actually live in Ft. Myers, live in a really small town about 45 min. from there. I don't feel the need for ST because I have always been able to see Fins games locally, or can't remember the last time there was a blackout lol.

where is this information coming from about the ft myers blackout. i live on campus at florida gulf coast which is in ft myers and the official site still says it will be broadcasted tomorrow. granted, the site had this information updated yesterday so if anyone could elaborate on this i would appreciate it. i'm not missing this game.

There is no blackout; therefore, you should get all air broadcasts or DTV Sunday Ticket viewings as you normally would.

Updating TV listings apparently isn't a big priority for any of the broadcast providers, but it doesn't change anything in terms of what will actually happen come gametime.

As mentioned, miamidolphins.com says the game will be broadcast on Fox4. I'm hoping the guide info is wrong because it does not make much sense that we would have to watch the bucs when the fins are playing on fox given the region we live in. Maybe I'm just nuts, I don't have a clue how it works.

Fox 4 has the rights to the game, but (I think) something in their contract says they have to show the Bucs game... basically they bought the rights to a game but aren't showing it... maybe UPN will have it like they did preseason games???

edit: No looked on the guide... those with Direct tv and no ST (like me) will just have to stay on here or watch the scoreboard on the NFL Network.

I live in Naples, sometimes I really hate this town. There are so many people from outta state, we have so many Pats and Jets fans its rediculous. There must be billboards in NY that say move to Naples and be obnoxious when in a bar watching your team play against the home team. I like the Bucs but its pretty rediculous that we won't be able to see our local team play. Guess I'll have to head to the bar right after work. God I hope we do well tomorrow.

Kinda like that sports bar Foxboro in Bonita. Now that's some bull****.

Didn't realized so many people lived in this area. We should all get together sometime for a game and/or if you are bored come to Potts Sat night for the "import scene". Lots of cars down there.
