The lb signings should be enough to get him fired.

The LB's are not as glaring an issue as the OL. It takes someone with a good understanding of football to see how bad these LB's are...on the other hand, a complete idiot can see how bad this OL is...

We win by losing...lose we get Ireland fired and we start to win. Win and we continue to lose with Ireland.

Those that want to keep Ireland is obviously only looking at the good he's done... Those that want him gone can see the bad too.

IMO... I would be sooo embaressed if I was Ireland, knowing that this personnel is the best I could offer the team... The guy has conducted a few nice pick ups... some were no brainers that a 6 year old could agree on... others I have to question how much influence he received by the scouts or coaching staff, before he agreed to negotiate... Regardless.. a blind person could have seen the problems with the Oline and SHOULD have addressed it before the start of training camp.... IMO again, Ireland said "we have too much money going to the OL this year, lets see if we can make this work and get lucky... instead.. it came back to cost us a playoff apperance.. (and for those that say we're still in the playoff hunt) I dont want to make the playoffs... I want to lick my wounds and come back stronger next year...
