How do people get them?

Not for me, but for someone else, he is amazing thedolphinsr#1 makes amazing stuff he did everyone in the 24/7 crews sig with the exception of a few, and im just wondering how the whole process works.....do you have to win something? Do you just get chosen? or what?

Well just someone makes them, and if you are a friend of that guy, or a part of the same crew, or hang in the lounge, or chear for US or whatever then you can ask for one. It has nothing to do with the site in itself it is more of a member's thing.
