If Brohm was still on the board when we picked, do you think Parcells and co. would have picked him or Henne?

Thanks

Brohm.

I think we had an idea that Green Bay would take Brohm, but if they didn't, I think we would have taken him.

we'll never know. Ireland says Henne was the guy he wanted. But, what else do you expect him to say.

His attitude was pretty crappy in his interview. not sure if it was because he expected to go higher or if it was because Miami selected him. You would expect anyone who got drafted to be ecstatic, judging by his reaction he was anything but.

Id say Henne seeing as they had several visits with him, it was well known the phins wanted him, and they had ZERO visits with Brohm.

Dont remember where the report came from, but there was a report that when GB did take Henne, the Miami draft room erupted in celebration. Take it for what its worth.

I heard the Dolphins War Room erupted in cheers and applause the second Brian Brohm was chosen by the Pack.

I'm no genius, but that looks like we preferred Henne.

No, we wouldn't have taken Brohm. He is a west coast style QB. I said before the draft that a team that runs the west coast style was going to pick him and that's what happened.

Miami would have selected Henne anyway because he has a stronger arm and the fact that he is the better QB for Miami's offense.

I personally liked Brohm better but it was clear we liked Henne better.
That being said Henne in my opinion is the best Qb prospect we have drafted since marino although that says very little at this point. Scott Mitchell and john beck were both good prospects also.

I think they wanted Henne, but I think he was upset he wasn't the early #2.
