What is an exclusive rights free agent? The reason I ask is because Cowboys QB Tony Romo is one and I'd really like to see him on the Dolphins (even though I know no one else probably does). I went to school with him and know him pretty well and I'd love to see him on my favorite NFL team.

Actually, I think you're right. OGun was an ERFA for us for a few years. It means that if they don't play for the team who holds their rights, they can't play at all.
