Anyone that's is from Miami or knows the area well would be of great service to me right now. I'm trying to book a hotel/flight and all that good stuff for the first home game this year. I just wanted to know what are top 5 places to stay at a hotel at a decent price for a few nights and also if anyone could tell me where I should stay if I wanna be relatively close to the stadium either walking distance or taxi is fine. I just don't wanna be too far away. Any info is much appreciated!

GO FINS!!!! :dolphins:

Same with me aswell....Need all the info I can as I look to fly out for a game this season for the first time EVER! Wooooooo! :D

i would stay at the seminole hard rock hotel and casino. im sure they have shuttles that can run you to and fro, and plus there is so much else to do as far as night life and such. its really beautiful there, and its about 15 minutes or so from the stadium. its probably a little steeper in price, but if your making the trip why not make it a more memorable one.

you should stay at the don shulas hotel in miami lakes. very nice area thats about 10 min. from the stadium. i think its like 150 a night.

Yea..I would say SOUTH BEACH homie, but if you wanna be close to the stadium for the game and everything, it's true..The HardRock Hotel & Casino is probably your best bet. They got some nice clubs in there too.

That's probably a good idea too..If you wanna be kind of in the middle of the stadium and south beach.

Yeah if you have 500 bucks for 2 nights, its a good place. But cheap goons like me, I go for something on the beach that runs for 70.00/night

:yeahthat: That's what I was going to say. You'll end up dropping 3 bills on the room, but for a night or two, you'll really enjoy your stay. Lots to do, and its very close to the game.

I'm sure Shula's is just as expensive. You could stay at the Hotel that WQAM 560 broadcasts from. Its just down the street from the stadium.

Don't let the website fool you though. There are a couple of nicer prisons here in South Florida. Go with Seminole Hard Rock, you'll love it.

If you are a baller, my two personal favorite hotels in Miami are as follows:

1)http://www.mandarinoriental.com/miami/
2)http://www.loewshotels.com/hotels/miamibeach/

bring a jacket!!!

I agree, the Hard rock hotel is your best bet!! The area that the stadium is in isnt that great so you dont want to stay too close or you might get some unwanted guests LOL.

okay, didn't read that. Ignore my last two then. But if you come into some $$$ or just want to splurge, the Mandarin Oriental, is so top notch. All of their hotels are.

I always stay in South Beach. THE CLEVELANDER is the place to be. Rooms are like 80-100 a night but the atmosphere is great.

The clevelander is a great place, its got a top notch night club right there in the heart of South beach so after and before the game you can party it up, but its also about 20 miles from the stadium.

It depends on what you're looking for.....

South Beach = Everybody knows what's down there, but can you afford it???...

Ft. Lauderdale = More kicked back than Miami / South Beach, and you have downtown where alot of the cool clubs / bars are. The beach is easily accessable for most hotels in the Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood area. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, and I think it's a great city for out of towner fans to stay when they visit....

The Hard Rock Hotel / Casino is basically in Hollywood, and it's all right there in the Ft. Lauderdale area. From the Casino, you're only about 15-20 minutes{tops} from the beach. The only downside to the Casino is that it's not surrounded by other bars / nightlife. It's kind of out in the middle of a "developing area" so to speak....

South Beach is cool, but it's like another planet down there. Maybe that's your thing. Anyway, good luck and I hope you enjoy your visit here....
