Quick points on what I saw at camp

Yea 20 pounds of muscle is a lot. I don't know how people don't realize it. Especially when they are married and see their wives put on 20 pounds of fat. There is a huge difference there.
20 pounds is a lot if your trying to GAIN 20 pds its is a much easier circumstance when you are RE-gaining lost muscle especially when you consider the fact that he is in the "freakish" genetic category to begin with.... 10-15 pounds in 10 weeks would be do-able for a normal person it would be hard but considering thats ALL he will be doing for the next 10 weeks.. there is NOTHING to worry about of all the things we need to worry about with RW gaining the weight back is one of the least concerning.

i have a question...if the phins made ricky a wr will he do good in that position? cause he can catch the ball

We could always move him to Safety.

I doubt it. He has short arms and small hands. He has never been a great receiver. He catches short passes in the frame of his body and not much more.

yes imo Ricky is a very good "body catcher" he has never been a "plucker" so I dont think he would be a good reciever unless all he caught where swing passes.

With his weight down, I figured he'd be faster. People say he'll be rusty after being away for a yr. , I say he's recharged.

Saints fans were not off the mark when being optimistic about how Deuce McCallister could contribute to the passing game better because he's capable or running routes and has much better hands. Ricky catches passes, a lot of them actually, but they're all swing and leak routes.

Ronnie Brown will be able to run down the field. Remember in 2002 when Junior first got here and in preseason Michael Pittman ran a chair route against Junior, beat him DEEP down the field and caught the ball, and Ron Jaworski made that stupid comment like "The Bucs went deep on Junior to see if he had anything left in the tank, and the answer was no he doesn't"

People might remember it cuz of its controversy...but anyway, yeah Ronnie is capable of THAT kind of play, and more. Ricky is not.

PERFECT example. That is also why we drafted Ronnie over Cadillac.

I'm going to the evening session in a little bit

The evening session starts in 6 hours. Do you live far away or do you plan to tailgate for a few hours?

I live right about 70 miles from camp. That's about 45 minutes each way, going 90. :D

This evening there are plans to hook up with a couple of finheaven brutherin.

It just occured to me that Saban and Jon Gruden probably had the same idea in their head. They both wanted Auburn's offense. Where Saban drafted Ronnie Brown and is substituting Ricky Williams (the low 220's version) for Cadillac Williams, Gruden drafted Caddilac Williams and is substituting Michael Pittman for Ronnie Brown. Genius.
