I just saw on ESPNews that Williams has signed his contract. When Tagliabue announces the draft has begun, will the Texans be on the clock, or will he just announce the signing and move to the Saints??

It is kinda pointless doing the whole announcement thing when it's not a surprise aint it? That's fifteen minutes of nail biting I could save for another round.

I think they will announce it and he will go up for his #1 jersey and the hat and the pictures, but I think PT will announce it right away, they won't wait the whole 15 minutes.
