Quinn or Beck...more proof we made the right choice

Anybody else catch 1st and 10 today. they had Brady Quinn as the 4th down segment and he lil blonde hair guy who used to be on PTI (can't remember his name atm) was saying how he said from the get go brady quinn was a 2nd rounder with poor accuracy and would prolly hold out well into preseason tryin to get top tier qb pay. I'm SOOOOO glad we didnt buy into the over hype and select Quinn. Feels good to have ALL out guys signed and ready to go!!!
 
Wondering how many of the folks here will admit Quinn is terrible 2 years from now?

I stand by my post history.
 
quinn is a bad person in my opinion , hes more show then talent so yeah im also glad we didnt draft him

Some media maven flapping his mouth isn't "proof" of anything.

If Brady Quinn turns out to be the next Tom Brady or Jim Kelly or Joe Montana, nobody will care that he held out -- and a lot of fans will be sorry that their teams passed him by. It's a little early to be labelling any rookie a "bust" since none have taken a snap in an NFL game -- and some TCs don't even open until tomorrow.
 
Quinn is simply a pretty boy who will be mediocre at best in the NFL. I am happier then hell that we didn't draft him. All other Dolphin fans will be too when they see how he sucks in the big leagues.
 
man we havent even started the season yet and some guys are ready to jump for joy that we passed on quinn. not only that they are ready to send beck to canton. give these guys some time.

now i really like beck and i hope that our qb position is solved,but all this sounds like , is people trying to come up with reasons why we passed on quinn. the truth is we wont know how good either will be for a few years. there is a possibility that we may be looking back and crying that we should of picked him.

Right abot that, nobody from this class has even put their pads on yet. The Herald even has a story today about this draft class being so much better than last years. Maybe, but, lets watch them first, impossible to know right now!! They even go as far as calling Allen a "possible bust". C'mon, what did you expect, 12 int's rookie season? Give him at least 2-3 years.
 
We play Clevland this year right? JT or JP can wipe that pretty boy smile right off his face, wait that is if Quinn can even crack the starting lineup. :lol:

I rember watching on draft day on the nfl network one of the guys who made a mock draft i think it Steve Mariucci said quinn did this thing with his leg when he threw the ball the put less power on his throw.Dose anyone rember this becuse? If thats true about brady then that might be a problem with him and it makes it a good thing that the fins did not draft him and took Beck who i think will be better then quinn.
 
Every day I move closer to think Miami has the worst fans in football. You do this franchise proud
 
It is extremely early to say if Quinn is a bust but as of right now i don't think he's as good as advertised. Skip Bayless is a tool so i don't really go by what he says because he knows absolutely nothing. There's something about him that i don't like but i think that in the right system he could be great. If he's not in the Charlie Weis system he's going to be anything from average to horrible.
