quit blaming Saban for our losses its the players fault!

i'm sick of people ragging on Saban, he is doing his job the best he can.

we are losing because of these things:

We dont play with heart. saban cant teach us to play with heart

We dont leave it all out on the field. some players arnt playing to their pottential......we have to play balls out and we havnt

Is that the same reason why we lost last year too? Because I swear everyone gave the players a free pass last year and put it all on the coaches.

Although i don't blame the coachng staff for the loss, a team is a reflection of there headcoach. It's way to early to say that losing the way we did yesterday is a reflection of saban. I think we could have been better prepared mentally as well.
 
if the players dont play with heart it IS sabans fault. that is sabans job. to motivate them.
 
I totally agree that Saban bet left out of the scrum. He is not making the bad passes, dropping catchable balls, missing tackles or messing up coverages and generally not making plays.

Saban inspired enough of us to believe we were a good team and the negatives we now see coming from these quarters is all because we saw glimses of what he was capable of doing with below average talent.
If we had more talent than we have now then the criticizm would be fair.

So chill out guys we could have still had Wanny. Just imagine if Wanny was 'ere and decided he wanted to rebuild. He would send some of us to an early grave.:rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:

I think we're losing this year because of the QB situation and the fact that we got rid of Surtain and Poole got hurt. Not to say those two positions would have translated to a Super Bowl victory but we would probably be playing .500 ball if our CB and QB positions were better. Saban is in the middle of a roster transformation so he gets a pass in my book for this year and this year only. Next year those two positions better be filled by quality players.

Bingo. There was no threat of passing the Browns had to worry about yesterday.
 
a coach cant teach a player to play with heart. That comes from inside.

a coach can motavate a tean though, but its how the team reacts to it.

whose responsibility is it to coach these players. Whose job is it to get the players pumped for the game. Whose job is it to get the greatest effort from the players. Whose job is it to get players to play at or above their potential.

It is saban's responsibility to do all these things. While I believe he is doing find for his first year, saban should be doing better with the discipline of these players. The players dont seem to care. Saban should be the person responsibile for this!! If they dont want to play. Cut them!!!
 
This season is trial and error. Saban is going to clean house and get rid of those guys not performing. He's only coached 10 games. Trust me, in 2 years, things will be a lot different around here!
