I've always wondered why the powers that be don't make Ricky the starter in week one while Ronnie handles 3rd down duties and in week 2 swap them and so on. It seems this way they could get in a rhythm as many running backs need to do. It just seems better than having them each run a couple plays here and a couple there... how will they ever get into rhythm?
Both running backs had there best seasons (Ricky in 2002 and Ronnie last year) when they were not sharing carries so it seems best to let them at least have their own games.
Am I crazy or is this a good idea?
