Why can we not run the ball out of the normal offence. Ricky runs a little better than Ronnie when its not the wildcat, but we need to pound the Pats next week R and R need to show huge to take the pressure off Henne !!!!!!

I think it was CK who brought up the fact that our coaching staff took Ronnie's weakness (thinks/dances behind the line of scrimmage) and turned it into a positive during wildcat plays. Now Ronnie can read the defense and then attack.
I saw alot of dancing behind the line from Ronnie in our base offense yesterday. It's really frustrating to watch.
To answer your question, this is why Ronnie struggled in standard formation and why Ricky was better today.

I agree but when the wildcat get stuffed we need to line up and pound the ball straight ahead over and over and add polite man we should they should have combine over 100yards Othe teams dont have have the talent of our backs and they go of week after week this if the wildcat get shut down

Wildcat has been getting shut down the last 2 weeks.

Watching Ronnie get those huge negative 5-10 yard plays out of the Wildcat was SO frustrating to watch.

I honestly think whenever the Wild Cat gets shut down its because of Ronnie dancing behind the line, this is where we need to put Ricky in to pound the ball, defenses know Ronnie's weakness and just attack the line to not allow a hole to develop, causing him to get stuffed.

We have a bottom five passing offense. Teams can just put eight or nine in the box and dare Henne and the WRs to beat us. Not having a single legitimate WR will continue stifle this whole offense.
