R. Brown-2005 Range Rover

If they are that close, why isn't he driving down now and staying in a hotel in Miami?

Well, this might be a stupid question but as a rookie who just got out of college, how the hell did he pay for a 2005 Range Rover. Unless his mother did like "Lebron James" mother and bought it for him, or his agent like in the movie "He got game" bought it for him.
But then again, what do I know, he may have his sources of income..Maybe Nike or those EAS commercials...I don't know!!!

We're not talking about a Geo Metro or a Toyota Corola here, we're talking about the most expensive SUV besides the Hummer(H1).

What do you know about Ronnie Brown's family ? I guess they couldn't afford to buy their son a car. Why would you assume that ? For christ's sake it's a Range Rover, not Lamborghini Diablo. He'll be making so much money that a Range Rover would seem like a Kia Sephia to him.
 
I can understand the fans disgust. I am sure that if any of us were offered the endorsements, the new car and the $22 million we would turn it all down flat!! Well speak for yourself, I'd take it all the same as I take my paycheck now, just a lot happier. Be patient, this will get done in time, there is NOTHING unusual or newsworthy happening here.
 
ACK! Some of you who are knocking Brown just need to hush. You are the same ones that were saying DRAFT HIM DRAFT HIM and all you do is whine. You are probably also the ones that said Ricky was the scum of the Earth. The guy bought a vehicle. Who friggin' cares?

Put yourself in his shoes. Greedy? He didn't buy a Ferrari. He bought like a $100K vehicle. He doesn't have a Rolls. In any case -- he can afford it. Let him do what he wants. But for God's sakes, he is going to be our running back of the future. So get off his nuts!

Jason Taylor bought a sweet truck before he was signed, it was in one of the programs last year. Would you call JT a greedy *******?
 
Well, Adrian Mcpherson bought himself an 80,000 dollar H2, he was in the 6th round, he actually bought the car two weeks before the draft. Braylon Edwards got a Bentley before the draft as well.

before we roast him, lets see what he does with his money. ronnie could be the most generous athlete miami has seen. he could become a seau type in the community. we dont know, but if he starts the ronnie brown center for underprivledged children, my bet is you guys wont be calling him greedy then. to early to pass judgement on this dude

I don't care as much what he does with his money, I care about his preformance on the field. I believe Ronnie has a Hummer also, my friend valeted his car before the draft and thats what he was riding. It may have been a rental or a loaner.
 
He's getting paid already, and everyone knows he will be getting paid a lot more very soon!

Because he has a new car ?? That's pretty dumb statement...Now, if you said because he was haggling over $3 mil when $19 is being bantered around...that's different...
