R&R, the next Morris/Bettis?

Reading the ESPN article on Ricky and Ronnie, a thought occurred to me. Could the running tandem of Ricky and Ronnie become the next Bam Morris/Jerome Bettis tandem that was in Pittsburgh?

Bill Cower has been playing smash mouth, run the ball down your throat football since his arrival in Pittsburgh in 1992...and with a great deal of success.

Tweak our defense just a bit more, call more running plays...much more running plays and get a good QB...Are almost all of the pieces possibly in place?

What say you?
 
yea, I hope we don't have that combo, cause I think I remember hearing the name Bam Morris for around five minutes in my entire life, so I don't think it could have been that great of a tandem. Bam Morris?? Are you kidding man? I honestly have no idea who he played for or when or how. I'm just completely stumped

Yeah, it will be great having them in at the same time.... Ronnie at TB and Ricky in the cell.

I agree! What we need now is for the line to go to the next level (either by further improvement or better pieces) and we'll really be in business.
