That is how it is looking like right now... Teyo has not done anything and neither has Heinrich.Looks like the odd man out is in........He had three catches for thirty-seven yrds and he was the leading reciever off last night games .....

I think Rader has looked almost as good as McMichael has. He should be our Number 2 TE. Rader has looked better then Peelle in both receiving and blocking.

yeah rader has shown some great hands in the first 2 games and looks to be pretty well-rounded at the tight end position i hope that he stays on the roster come cut time and puts in a solid season for us which i think he is very capable of doing

Didn't Rader drop what would've been a touchdown at the end of the second quarter yesterday? Harrington hit him right in the hands and the ball bounced off.

Yeah, I think I saw him make one nice grab and drop one at the goaline...Not sure why people are high on him. I have believed all along it will be
mcmike, johnson, peele.

He made two nice catches, and the one he dropped wasnt as easy as everyone is making it sound, even though he probally should have caught it

It hit him right in the hands! I know it wasn't the best throw the game has ever seen, but Harrington put it right on his hands and he dropped it. I don't know what the teach nowadays, but when I was playing football in high school, they taught me that if you get your hands on it, you should catch it. I'm not faulting the guy, I wish him the best of luck, but he did drop a pass on the goal line when it hit him in the hands.

It didnt just land in his hand though, he had to stretch out to go get it, remember he is a guy known for his blocking not a recieving threat at TE. All I said was it wasnt as easy a catch as some people are making it seem

Rader will make the team..even though he dropped a TD the other day

Peelle hurt his arm in the j-ville game...i hope he can bounce back from that injury soon

McMike
Peelle
Rader

Yeah I didn't mean for that to come off as if I were attacking you. Sorry about that. I agree that it definitely wasn't an easy grab, he was turned around trying to bring it in, but he did all that fine. He got into position to catch the pass perfectly, he just dropped it once it got there. Now I will agree that Harrington could've probably led him a little more, but there was a Buc on either side of Rader so there was a window that Harrington had to put it through. But it did hit him in the hands. I think it says more that on the first offensive play of the third quarter for the Dolphins, Harrington went right back to Rader. That speaks a lot of Harrington's confidence in him, and is probably pretty telling when you start to consider who will make the team.

We definitely need to see more of the tightends. Maybe four preseason games isn't too many when they're played the way they should be; to evaluate players.

YES!!!!!!!

Peelle should get relased!

Bring on rader as our #2

Heinrich and Teyo Johnson haven't done anything. Rader has made plays and Saban said Rader has been vastly improved. Rader has decent speed and is a 273 pounder who can be a darn good blocker!!!! He WILL make the team. Heinrich and Johnson are history.

When I saw the stats sheet, I said, "Who the **** is Rader?" Then I saw the game. If he keeps this up he will make the team. It's always nice to have an overachieving type as a 2nd TE.
