Decent hire IMO
Building around the D makes the most sense.

They really don't need to be shooting for the moon. They need to just start with respectable.
Sparano clearly has traits that make him a good HC. He is ironically a better HC then coordinator.

Great hire Jack del Rio never had a legit roster in Jacksonville, mediocre teams at best but managed to take the team to the playoffs a few times, That is the best hire Oakland has made since Jon Gruden.
