We won the division after going 1-15.. everyone thought that the sky was the limit for us too.

I'm sick a big name coaches coming in here and disappointing. Saban, Johnsob, Parcells.

Time for us to get an up and comer, who some fire, and some GUTS. I'm not so sure getting Gruden or Cowher will equate to a SB here. How many SB winning coaches have done it with multiple franchises? Not many.

we are going no where fast under sparano, well if he sticks around will be in the top 3 as far as drafting so that will not be a bad thing, but all jokes aside somethings got to give this year, something has to be done so there could some kind of hope for next year

Sparano is getting fired after this year regardless. Makes no difference if its next week or at the end of the season as far as next year and hope goes.
