Rams trade #2 pick in '09 away; Jets run Wayne Hunter out of town after demotion

Can you believe the Rams traded the #2 pick for a bench player on the Jets?

Can you believe the Jets demoted a player from starting lineup then traded him away even though their coach said they wouldn't? Where is the loyalty?

I guess the Dolphins aren't the only team to make roster moves that involve former 1st round picks or players who lose their starting jobs.

But I think you know that, also Vontae is 10x the football Smith was at a completely different position, even if he was lazy

Also the Rams are a joke, there are handful of these teams, so not a great example of choosing a team who made a bad pick and pays for it in the future
