If Nick Saban is looking at Ramsey or Brees or Culpepper or Flutie or whomever else is out there, I am going to defer to his judgement whether that particular Qb is worthy of running our show. Nick knows what type of player he is looking for and if he is talking to these teams about these guys then he obviously sees something he likes. Going to be interesting to see how it all works out.

I think you accidently posted this in the wrong forum... did you mean the Free Agency forum?

I am very excited though to see what direction Saban goes in!
 
I want Brees, If we don't get him, I say draft a rook and let him battle Gus. No use bringing in anyone else. Ramsey is worthless, and Daunte wont be ready for a while, if ever

Personally, I never cared for Ramsey either, but if Nick is talking to Washington about him then he must see something. I also wouldnt be surprised if Matt Mauck ended up on our roster if Tennessee drafts a QB, Mauck would likely get cut and Saban loved him at LSU. We never would have won a National Championship if Rohan Davey was running that team. Mauck has that athleticism and leadership quality that Saban looks for.
Anything can happen...

This is true, also something to watch
 
I actually Like Ramsey. I mean he is no superstar, But he is still young and has a cannon for an arm. I would rather have Brees but his shoulder really scares me.
 
Like Ramsey

Ramsey we could get very cheaply and he is definitely a good risk. Just because he hasn't worked out in Washington doesn't mean he is not good.

He's a good risk. I'd love to see Miami take him and draft another qb.

Same here, I wouldn't mind if Miami picked up Ramsey if they couldnt get Drew Brees. Ramsey is a tough kid and he is better than what people think, no one has realy gave him a chance. The time Ramsey did play he had no O - line, no WR and no RB.

it took Drew Brees 3 or 4 season for him to really get going.
