drew brees has below average arm that's now injured with a big question mark about recovery and culpepper has a blown out knee keeping him out atleast half the season. not to mention questionable character and mediocre intelligence for a qb. patrick ramsey is younger with a cannon arm. if spurrier didnt damage the guy to much with his lack of max protect i say hes the one to get.
