-Such a weird game statistically. Raiders had 25 first downs to our 13. Their 3rd down efficiency was 53% to our 25%. They had 74 plays to ur 39!! and time of possession: they had the ball for 38:31 to our 21:29!
They were in the redzone 5 times to our 1 time.

-Jakeem Grant is our poor man's Tyreek Hill. He's special. I cant believe some of us wanted him cut, and maybe rightfully so, when he muffed so many kicks.

-Albert Wilson > Jarvis Landry. Landry is consistently solid, just not spectacular but in a game where being just good clearly hasn't been enough for us, Wilson has the potential to do something amazing every time he touches the ball.

-Wilson and Grant on the field at the same time will keep defensive coordinators worried all season

-Amendola, with his catches in traffic is awesome but damn, Tannehill's gonna get him killed

-So refreshing to see DVP with that 36 yard catch. He still is so fragile when he gets tackled. I've never seen him break a tackle (referring to his other catch)

-And then there's Stills. Our most consistent wideout. Fast, good route runner, good hands. That TD pass and catch was a thing of beauty. Should've had another one on Tannehill's only poor throw of the night.

-On those shotgun, play action plays where the LBers sink in and Tannehill consistently hits Amendola for 10-12 yards, I'd love to see Wilson or Grant in that spot as they have the potential to break that one tackle and go all the way.

-We couldn't run against a terrible run defense.. Cause for concern?

-Tannehill's run on 3rd and long to get a key first in the 4th was huge

-Unlike in the past with other Fins QBs, this year, with Tannehill, when he drops back, I'm never worried that he's going to throw a terrible interception. At the same time though, I am worried about his lack of pocket presence and his bad timing for getting sacked

-Vincent Taylor needs to play a lot more

-Xavien Howard is our best CB in years

-Not worried about Minkah, just shows you how important R Jones is with those Jordy Nelson wide open catches. That'll get fixed

-4th and goal at the 1 and Gruden decides to try a FB dive with a guy who had 2 career rushes in 4 years. Lynch was gashing us all game long. Dumb call but I'll take it

-Amazing stop by I believe Godchaux on that 4th and goal who has been stout against the run all season.

-Refs were terrible at the end of the first half. Phantom offensive PI calls on the same drive I think? and the "holding" call on Kilgore. Yikes, that could have been costly.

-Sanders has a booming leg. Keep kicking it out of the endzone

-Gesicki has some strong hands. I see him overtaking the #1 TE spot soon

-Hopefully Hayes is okay, dude is a beast

-Walt Aiken running past Nelson on his muffed punt. Stand right beside the dude!

-McTyer didn't look good. Bad awareness on a 3rd and long and I think he was at fault for one of Nelson's wide open catches.

-This is the first year in forever where we actually have a multitude of special players.

-Outside of the Chiefs, nobody really looks special in the AFC. I think we can make some noise. Just gotta win 7 out of the next 13. Let's go Lions, surprise the world tonight!

Dolphins were significantly faster than the Raiders. You saw the offensive scores for Miami and then Baker and Fitzpatrick chased down Nelson on two would be TD catches.

Yes good call! Baker catching up to Nelson was amazing to see. A fast Dolphins Linebacker? Have we ever had one of those?

Yeah, I had to go look up who is number 55? That was great.

Yea probably looking back we should thrown the ball early and often. I believe Gase tries to keep the offense on the field with those short passes to rest the defense and keep it from getting exposed.

Its frustrating as a fan watching when you expect more sucess from your offense.

2016 we practiced the same thing and still won with a inferior team.

Game 4 the offense is going to gel moving forward that the upside the downside better coached teams that will not be overlooking us. Gotta stay healthy too.

When it comes to not being able to run on a team that isn’t any good at stopping the run, Miami always does the opposite. From a fantasy perspective Drake was supposed to break out today (so I read on numerous sites). Clearly that didn’t happen bc the unexpected always seem to occur.

ugh, and you were doing so well up to that point,OP.

Look here- RT does NOT have a problem there, and I know for a FACT that you have absolutely no criticsl eye for "pocket presence" or you would be skewering people like andrew luck and tom brady and half a dozen other star qb's if you looked at them like you do RT.

this nsrrative is as stupid, tiring and WRONG as "tannehill cant thriw deep ball" "tannehill isnt accurate" and "tannehill isnt a winner".

just please give it up..

Just goes to show why fans should't overreact. Gotta allow some of these guys to develop and grow. While Jakeem still has a lot to accomplish and prove, if anyone would have predicted he'd be contributing like this just last season -- they'd have been mocked and ridiculed. It wasn't until the home win against NE that fans got a true glimpse of what he can contribute. He's an x-factor on offense and a home run threat on special teams too.

FWIW, I don't know if anyone else noticed this or commented, but in re-watching the game I just noticed that #77 Jesse Davis was in on the 4th down goal line defense when Marshawn scored. I'm assuming that's due to losing a couple D-Lineman earlier in the game. Or has he been used there before and I just never noticed?

BINGO. Cam Wake touched on it in his post game presser. "Just do what you don't want us doing when you're on offense." lol

HAHA. I missed that. That's pretty funny!

Love Cam Wake. Glad to see him get a sack today. He had a couple near misses too.

3 Concerns from the game. Run defense, Run Offense.

And the injuries to our line.
