Randy showed alot of potential his ROOKIE YEAR. He never turned the corner, and wasn't going to this year or any other year. The reason we couldn't get anything for him in a trade is everyone knew we were going to release him. Randy complained about not getting the ball enough, and when he did he often dropped it. However, some of you translate his complaining attitiude as being a vocal leader. Randy was an underachiever who IMO looked soft during the end of the season, and cried too much. Someone here said he was the first guy in weight room and last to leave. I don't know where they got that misinformation. His physique alone would contradict that statement. Good luck Randy disappointing some other teams fans.

Can't say that I will miss him. We will find another TE. I seriously believe if we didn't take a huge cap hit for it, Chambers might have been a goner, too.
