Charges dropped or not for the first time...it's bad enough to find yourself in the situation once, but to be in the same situation again a little over a year later is just plain stupid. I think you taking the side of McMichael in this is idiotic. From the sound of it you probably beat women too.

see i will post again that you are an idiot for not reading the previous posts in this thread. i have said over 100 times that refuse to take sides until i know the truth or closer to it to make judgement. second that is way out of line saying that i beat women. you have never even seen me or seen the way act so that comment means nothing since ive never touched a woman in any way that is not appropriate. maybe if there is 27 pages on a thread it is because some of your questions have been answered or at least looked at. again with the ignorant comment about the first case that you obviously know nothing about... SHE thats right, SHE hit him numerous amount of times and then blocked him from going through the doorway. i have said before and im sorry your not bright enough to read the previous posts before forming an opinion but i know he was wrong for even hitting her once but we dont know how we would have acted in that situation. if a woman was hitting me like that and then blocked me i wuld simply pick her up and move her but i wasnt in that situation like ives said. the second situation is also very different from the first so dont compare them please. i come here name calling because you happened to be the post that tipped me over the lid. i am completely sick of people disregarding the posts in a thread and come in blind posting stupid comments. it doesnt help when the first post and last post are the same because no on bothered to read. just because you are ignorant (not meaning it bad just meaning you dont know better) to read the previous posts does not give you the right to say that i do something when i dont. please take your completely off opinions and keep them to yourself until reading the entire thread. the 27 pages were not written for nothing and hopefully you will understand that. also dont be so quick to make a decision on what happens to someone without knowing the truth or even near the truth to what has happened. thank you for your time and before you reply forcing me to repeat myself again please take the time to read and educate yourself about the thread and my attitude before you make ANOTHER quick judgement. have a nice day...

So, from the looks of his mugshot he looks a little soft...possibly out of shape?

Just an observation...I mean TC is only a few days away.

I'm dead serious...regardless of what team I like (I'm on the record as saying McMichael is one of the top 5 TE's in the game..easily the best in the AFCE)


But i saw this pic, he looks a little flabby, and has a bit of a double chin. Maybe he's swollen or something, and he was drinking so that may be part of it...

But if he does have a drinking problem maybe its taking a toll on his health...


Come to think of it, he is a very streaky player, has some great games and some stinkers (with bad drops) maybe he's hung over some games?

ha ha ha i agree he is a streaky player but i doubt about the hang over partm but ya never know. like you said, he is one of the best TE's and whatever he does FOOTBALL WISE ill agree with it for now after last season. maybe hes getting all his drinking out now to get ready for football after the streaky games...:D

well my point is that people could be hurt, but wasnt.

i think hurting someone is worse than potentially hurting someone.

especially if someone intentially hurt someone else.

Some of us do not have the time to waste our lives reading 27 pages worth of drivel from people like you. I read a NEWS ARTICLE that stated the facts that they knew from the pending case. There were 4 witnesses saying they saw him throw her from the car. Don't be stupid...this is not the first time has been in trouble with the law for "supposedly" beating his wife. Give me a friggin' break already...

And I am not the one who started with the out of line crap...you started all this when you called me an idiot for not wasting my time on a bunch of opinions. I read the FACTS and formed MY OWN opinion. I don't need 27 pages of yours or anyone else's "opinions".

And for your information I know what happened in the first case. I've been in a similar situation with an angry drunken woman and being drunk myself...never once did harming her in anyway enter my mind. And I wasn't comparing the two cases...just stating he is once again in trouble with the law for essentially the same charges...except she is NOT pregnant this time.

As for being ignorant...I didn't read the posts because I didn't know better. I did not read them because I DID NOT WANT to...nor have the time to do so. And the last time I checked you're are in no situation to tell me what I can and cannot post on these forums.

So before you jump to make your own quick assumptions and judgement about me...take your own advice and get your facts straight. This is not your thread and these are not your forums. Keep your opinions of what should go on around here to yourself. I will post what I want...where I want...and and how I want as long as it does not displease the MODS and ADMINS here at Finheaven.

I think potentially killing someone is worse than hurting someone. I never understood why attempted murder is a lesser charge than murder. Drunk driving kills. Throwing cardboard at someone does not.

i completly agree with that one. most people i tell that to point out the obvious.. as the person is not dead. but i dont see how a punishment should change based on the skill of a doctor or the reaction time of a EMS person.

but when comparing drunk driving and hitting your wife, (granted with cardboard.. but it still drew blood), the drunk driver does not want to hurt anyone. while the abuser does.

i never told you to do anything, i simply asked... i never said i owned anything here i was simply trying to stop people from pulling another ricky situation with the "we hate him i hope he dies in asia" to the now" i welcome him back and i hope he does amazing" news. if you form your own opinion thats fine but reading the pages from i think like 13 until now would certainly help you alot. do what you want with the time you have but im just saying jumping into a thread so late really makes you skip a lot. in addition, the article is written to get the news out right away and not everything read is correct nor is everything there. this is why i simply asked for you to wait to make a judgement until you KNEW all that was important to make one. if you want to make a premature judgement, that is fine and if you want to skip some important discussion about this topic that is fine too. but im gonna stop posting because repeating myself is useless. it has not effect since people apprently dont read the thread if it gets too long. anyways im dont repeating myself and trying to stop people from making judgements too early so have fun everyone saying that he is the worst person and he should be cut,waived,traded,suspended,fined...etc

I never said anything about him being the worst person, he should be cut, or anything like that. I'm just stating I think he looks awfully guilty...

Don't get me wrong...McMichael is one of my favorite players...I just don't think his home life is what we should be seeing out of ANY of our players. Especially someone who was stepping up as a leader on the offensive side of the ball.
