Randy vs Ricky

Just want to see everyone's respond to this one,It's seems so far that alot of us (Dolfans) are with more open arms to the Wifebitter (OJ McMichael) then we are to Ricky the head case.
Yeah we all need a second chance but hey this is Randy's second time giving his girlfriend a freaking BLOODY NOSE!
The best part is that it's his contract year what is he thinking?Oh yeah nothing!!

Two completely different situations. In Randy's case, he did this in the offseason and still plans on playing football. Ricky QUIT his team and left them out to dry. As a human, Randy's situation is worse, but along the lines of football, Ricky's situation was worse. Hopefully though Ricky can help ease the pain of last year with his comeback.

Agree with your post. I have said time and time again that Ricky is nuts, but at least he's not a criminal. That is why it is easier to forgive him. My patience is waning with McMichael. I can handle ****iness, contract squables, etc...., but criminal acts is where I draw the line. I could even stomach TO's bs.

The difference between Ricky and Randy is that Randy didn't disappoint his team. It was a private matter and he didn't stab his team in the back.

And don't even start on "second chances". Ricky has had about 50 second chances. He could've come back earlier. He could've taken the suspension. He could've walked away. But he was appealing his locks off to get every cent dry. And the ONLY reason he is coming back is to make money.

It really displays hypocracy in my opinion when someone sticks up for Randy, yet skewers Ricky..

Both may have some issues that they need to work through, but Ricky actually has a clinically diagnosed mental disorder... The main sticking point with Ricky, other than the quitting aspect, appears to be drug use.. And somehow it appears some people equate marijuana use to be worse than spousal abuse... That just seems odd to me.. Unless, people's main gripe with Ricky is the quitting aspect, which is understandable, but you have to look at his quitting in context with his very real social anxiety disorder..

I'd favor a quitter over a wife beater anyday. Getting drunk and beating up your old lady is pretty low.

Now he's endorsing drug use? When did this happen, when he announced he had stopped using drugs? If you don't like the guy, that's one thing. But why make things up to support your dislike of someone?

being under the influence of a controlled substance is against the law, and that makes u a law breaker, which is basically another word for criminal


beating ur wife is a horrible thing to do, and he should have to give up some cash, do some community service, or if worst comes to worst, get some time.
