I agree with all of that except for Cutler and Young. I think Cutler will be mid to late 1st. Then I don't think Young will declare. But if he does, I think he goes right behind Cutler. He is just not polished as a QB yet. IF he stays in this year and comes out next year, AND progresses as much as he did this year... then yes top 10 is very likely... maybe even top 5.
