I'm on board with Flores when he was first hired and until the very end.
There are things he's done that i haven't seen our organization do since i've been a fan.
He seems to have an overall vision and command of this team.

Ofcourse there is still work to be done and with some of the offseason moves(mostly with coaching) i'm a little nervous. But onward/forward.

I gotta say...I find myself agreeing with him on everything he said about every coach he discussed. When I take a minute and think about the things he said about those coaches and their careers so far..I do agree with him.

Colorado hires Dolphins' Dorrell as next coach

Colorado named Karl Dorrell as their next head coach on Sunday. His 5 year, $18 million contract is pending approval by the school's Board of Regents.
