I think what he's suggesting is that if you're really saying that Chris McCain lacks endurance, then YOU did not watch the entire game...you were probably finishing your writeup.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, and it's good work on your part, but Chris McCain pretty much terrorized the Rams in the last half of the 4th.

Daniel Thomas to me proved he should stay, 3rd string RB or at least if not third string, he shouldn't be cut. We need a big back for goal line situations. I like what I saw from him tonight.

Read this crap too many times over the years. Williams is a better "big back" even if its not size wise, but power, and mindset wise, he is better

James at 5'10" 225 runs tougher than DT at 6'3" 235.
I think James may get cut. Demps seems to be the favorite.

Can anyone REALLY make a convincing case for Daniel Thomas over Damien Willams at this point?

If so, WHY? It's not as though Thomoas has shown consistent production, to the point where one could look at him and say, "Ya know, if you need 60-70 yards a game out of a back, here's your guy...."

He's just NOT. Why on Earth would you hold on to an average-at-BEST RB when there's a younger, cheaper, hungrier, faster back with more upside...just waiting for a chance?

I was at the game in one of the suites. While enjoying my caesar salad, stale popcorn, and chips and dip, I noticed that Dion Jordan looked like a complete bust out there. I thought he was supposed to be super athletic-- he was getting eaten up by the 3rd string tackle. And this is the guy that's third string behind Jake Long. During one of the commercial timeouts, he had to take off his helmet on the field and call the water guy over. He was completely gassed. McCain looked like the better pass rusher tonight.

My thoughts exactly. Every single thread, someone is trolling someone or talking down to someone. Even the mods were in on it the other say. Smh

Since I am getting blasted for the McCain not having endurance remark, let me clarify. In the beginning of the game and in the first quarter into the second, he was playing against a mix of first and second stringers. It was evident that he was having trouble keeping up.

Yes, he was a monster in the fourth quarter but take that into context. He was going up against a bunch of players who probably won't be on an NFL team on Saturday night. Of course he should dominate those guys.

McCain is going to be good. He just needs to learn how to be able to hang with the big boys throughout an entire game against an elite level of competition.

Sorry if you don't agree but it's how I feel.
